Easy Return Steps
If for any reason you decide to return your order, we provide a free return service. Here’s how it works:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide the order number and reason for return. Keep in mind that used or damaged items cannot be returned.
Our team will send you a PDF return form to complete and send back to us.
We will then generate a free return shipping label for you to print and attach to the package.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. Please note that it’s generally much quicker.
Terms and Conditions
Some important points to note about our return and refund policy:
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
You can return your order for free within 30 days of receipt, given that the items are in their original unused condition and packaging.
Opened boxes must be returned without any damage as the packaging is considered a part of the item.
We offer a free return service via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Please note that the full order, including non-faulty items, cannot be refunded for the shipping charge.
Faulty items will be refunded in full, including the shipping charges. We will provide a free return shipping label for this.
For hygiene reasons, any goods intended for skin contact that have been used cannot be returned.
Items damaged during cleaning, ironing, or washing are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you wish to change your items, you will need to place a new order online and then return the original items for a refund.
To cancel an order, you must notify us within seven days, providing your order reference, either by emailing [email protected].
Processing your Refund
If you cancel your order following the above terms, your payment for the order will be refunded in full within 30 days.
